Spacious rooms, great river view, polite and professional staff, tasty breakfast, good location near restaurants.

That stay was totally ruined (see my negative experience), but the staff were extremely friendly. Well done!

I do not recommend this hotel to anybody, regardless of it's really recognized "Radisson SAS" name. I stayed 2 nignts out of 5. When I arrived the already had the central heating failure of the entire hotel facility. On the next day, since every guest was using 1.5kW electrical heater just like I was provided, I presume it burned down the electrical wires in the hotel, so it became cold and dark (+1C outside). Anyway, by the time I checked out everyone else had evacuated already. What surprised me was the management behaviour, that was outrageous! During entire situation management never shown their actions, nor talked to people, nor identified themselves at all in any form. Only reception and booking ladies were on the front line.

Excellent river views and modern design rooms with comfortable couches by the window. Great location for exploring the city and nearby attractions. Delicious breakfast.

Inconsistent cleaning services with missing items like toothbrush or slippers. Some worn-out facilities in the SPA area and a bit overpriced.

unexpectable luxury

We stayed at a hotel with an ideal location, just a short walk from plenty of restaurants. the beautiful views of the nearby river were a refreshing sight every morning. We loved the big rooms and the comfortable bathrooms, and the service was top-notch. the delicious breakfast every day was a great start to our mornings.

The soundproofing could have been better, as we could sometimes hear noise from outside during the night.

The hotel boasts a great location with stunning views of the river and easy access to local attractions. the rooms are nicely designed with a comfortable couch by the window, providing a pleasant space to work or relax. the breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of dishes to choose from.

I had a great time staying at this hotel located on the main promenade of this city at the river bank. It was a pleasure to observe the picturesque views from my room. Additionally, the staff were very polite and accommodating. I also appreciated the cleanliness and the facilities available at this hotel, such as the spa and fitness center.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and excellent service. the room was spacious and comfortable, with exclusive features such as a private balcony and high-end bathroom products. the location was also a plus, with picturesque views of the river and an easy walk to downtown attractions. the staff was attentive and made sure all of my needs were fulfilled, including providing exclusive access to the spa and gym.

The only minor issue I encountered was that some areas of the spa, such as the bath, were not cleaned thoroughly. the staff promptly addressed my concern when I brought it to their attention.

The rooms were nicely designed and had a modern feel to them. I loved the spaciousness and comfort of the room, especially the cozy couch by the window. The river view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful, and it made my stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the center and allowed for a leisurely stroll along the river. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay in Rostov.
